Negative: While the property itself was very nice and clean, you can HEAR EVERYTHING from the unit below. We were in the top unit out of 3 units total, and the person in the unit below (middle) stomped as they walked. I briefly chatted with the person renting the basement unit, and they said it was nice, but the person above them (middle unit) walked so loudly that they were thinking of finding somewhere else to stay. I said that I could hear the people in the middle unit, too, which surprised both of us because I was staying above them. I could hear their conversations clearly, and when they woke up at 5:30 am and started walking back and forth in heeled shoes, that about put me over the edge. The listing for these units on Booking.com does not mention the noise, but if you go to the Pulaski Point Properties page, they do say, "Due to the character and construction of the building, you may occasionally hear sounds of daily life from the apartment beneath, as well as normal building and neighborhood noise. We also kindly ask our guests to be mindful and respectful of the residents staying below, especially during quiet hours. If you are particularly sensitive to noise or are looking for a completely silent environment, this may not be the ideal accommodation for you." It truly was a beautiful unit; parking was good, and communicating with the property hosts was easy, and they answered quickly, but if you are thinking of splurging a bit on a nice place, you must consider the noise from the other units. It's a shame they didn't use soundproofing or better insulation when these units were remodeled. It felt like a spa retreat, and after a long day of sightseeing, one just wants to relax, but it's hard to when you can hear every word and footstep from the apartment above/below...and that is not an exaggeration.
