Positive: I loved how coziness of our place. The decor was so nice, but I give a 10/10 for how relaxing it felt. We'd go on our daily adventures and then come back to relax. Also- I must throw this in- I love walking down to a local restaurant/café (thats why I rent places in different Chicago neighborhood), and there are so many great options within walking distance. Backlot Coffee was a simple, but great, find. We also met the owner, and he was so sweet.
Negative: Nothing. The stove top was new for us, but we just did a quick google search and figured out how to use the magnetic stove top, no big deal. Super easy to use after that.

The apartment was comfortable and in a great location
Positive: It was really big! It had just about everything a person could need. It was pretty. Very convenient to the blue line, highway, and the parking at the apartment was free.
Negative: Very loud. There were police cars and ambulances and loud cars. The shower needs non-slip strips and a handrail.

Positive: The property is beautiful. Very well kept. Just came back yesterday after my 4 days stay and there is not one thing I can complain of. They are very responsive and take care of all your queries, if you have any.
Negative: Everything is simply superb.
Highly recommended

Positive: Wonderful apartment! A very big bed very comfortable. Very nice kitchen. The apartment is close to the train, so it is super easy to go downtown. Super AC. Really good communication.
Negative: The street is noisy but if the windows are closed, it is quiet enough to sleep well.

Relaxing and beautiful place outside of downtown Chicago.
Positive: The property was aesthetically pleasing, space was more than enough for two people, and having a washer and dryer was a great way to get our clothes washed. Conveniently located and great views from the windows.
Negative: We loved everything!
