The price was perfect for our needs for this trip, I would do it again! Close to just about everything, restaurants, bbq Positive: This place is so clean and new. The bed and pillows very nice. A washer and dryer! Great kitchen set up. Negative: This unit doesn’t have windows, everything else makes up for that.

It was beautiful I’m glad I was able to stay here for my time in Chicago. Positive: The property was clean and very accessible to the train and bus station, the property was very responsive when coming to the messages and the property had good utilities. Negative: Nothing it was perfect.

A cozy, beautiful room and wonderful customer service but a few logistical issues Positive: The unit was extremely cozy—plush rugs, heated towels and a heavenly bed! We experienced a medical issue after arrival where we had to check out early and the customer service from this team was fantastic! They responded within minutes, even late at night, and helped us figure out a solution so we could focus on feeling better. Negative: Our particular unit did not have any windows except for the skylights, so it might not be suitable for people with claustrophobia or related issues. (Despite that, the space was comfy and cozy inside for anyone unaffected by this!) Also, the size and arrangement for parking was not ideal if bringing larger-sized or more attention-calling vehicles. They have cameras and everything came out fine, but we were very concerned about our vehicle, especially with not being able to see it from the room. I’d suggest arriving early and/or having a smaller car.

Solitude in the city! Positive: The ease of access, the parking and the quiet. Negative: Had trouble opening the front door of the building from the inside. No issues getting back in that way.
