Beautiful space, but completely unresponsive management. Positive: The space is very stylish and comfortable. Sufficiently well stocked for a week long stay and very clean. Negative: Management was unresponsive to our needs. After paying for early check in we stood outside the property using every communication channel we could find to get access info. On our first night the rental unit above us, had a party until 3 am. I messaged the manager, the Booking.com portal, and the emergency numbers requesting support in addressing their rental above us. We never heard back from this outreach, and only received AI generated messages in the Booking.com portal. Also, the smaller bathroom off the living room isn’t actually private. There is a large gap in the sliding doors that make it unusable as a second bathroom if you are spending time in the common areas.

Great Value for money ! Well thought place to relax after a City tour. Positive: Simply arrangement , facility so clean and organized. Negative: Unfortunately , we are on the basement and we have company of unconsiderate renter on 1st floor, you can hear the stumping as she arrived late at night. No door locks for bedrooms and bathrooms. But overall it’s a great place to stay!
