Local excelente! Positive: O apartamento é excelente. Superou e muito as expectativas. A cozinha é impecável, com geladeira, fogão, cafeteira, micro-ondas, tinha tempero, sal, azeite disponíveis. A sala era extremamente confortável. O quarto perfeito. Banheiro com chuveiro maravilhoso, local que mantém a toalha quentinha, máquina de lavar roupa, secador de cabelo, cinco toalhas disponíveis. Tudo incrível. Quando precisamos de ajuda para estacionar, pois chegamos antes do Check-in na cidade, ligamos para eles e eles prontamente disseram que poderíamos deixar o carro na vaga. O apartamento fica próximo à linha de metrô. Tem restaurantes, mercados, parques, academias...tudo muito próximo. Me senti super segura no bairro.

This was a peaceful and relaxing stay, in a beautifully decorated apartment, with a great host! Positive: We have been traveling to Chicago a lot lately to visit our daughter who goes to college there. I've found that it is generally ridiculously expensive, but we hit the jackpot with this beautiful apartment! Great hosts, SPOTLESS, beautifully decorated, and so calming and peaceful. Though it's not far from the expressway, we couldn't even hear it. The apartment was appointed with everything we needed, and the bed was more comfortable than our bed at home. The host was so responsive and helpful. There are several restaurants nearby, and it was an easy drive to our daughter's college. This will be our new go-to place for the next four years, and I would recommend it in a heartbeat to anyone else, as it is an incredible value. Negative: We were just a little confused about the tv options, but that's no big deal. Plenty to do in Chicago!

Overall I was really thrilled with the accomodation and the owner was very responsive. Positive: I really enjoyed my stay at Pulaski Point Properties. The apartment was bright, clean, well equipped and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax. The location was excellent — just a short walk to the Blue Line station, with restaurants, yoga studios, and gyms nearby. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for both comfort and convenience. Having a private car parking spot was a bonus and the neighbourhood felt very safe. Negative: The shower water pressure is on the lighter side, and there can be some street and train station noise, though it didn’t disturb my sleep at all. Also, the apartment is on the second level, so you will need to carry your luggage upstairs.

City comfort Positive: Loved how clean, cool, and bright the apartment is. Loved the live plants, sound bar, good tasting water from the tap. Also loved the comfy bed and beautiful bathroom, lovely decorating. Loved having dedicated parking, and really appreciated the host being accessible via messages when we arrived. Negative: Microwave door was broken, so it was hard to warm up leftovers.
